The price for the towing service will be communicated to you prior to dispatch, and you agree to pay this quoted price upon completion of the service. While we take utmost care during the towing process, Towing Express is not liable for any pre-existing damage to your vehicle or any damage that may occur outside of our direct handling of the vehicle. Any disputes regarding the service or charges must be brought to our attention within a reasonable timeframe after the service is completed. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.
